Can somebody help me please? My Interview was not recorded

Hallo

I had a Interview today that was really importend. I think that I interrupted by accident the download process after the recording. 

Now its not on my laptop and also not on zoom- also not in the trasch 😞

Can somebody help me please? Is there any way I can get the recording back?
