Can screen capture recording programs "Loom, Capture, others" record Zoom meetings (w/o authorizat)?

Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up calling Zoom and they advised that there is no protection against end-points (local computer users) recording or screen capturing without notifying other participants and host.
