Question

Can participants rejoin if a meeting is locked?

I want to be able to lock my meeting 10 minutes after start to prevent anyone from joining any later than that. But, if the meeting is locked and someone who is already in the meeting loses connection and needs to rejoin, will they be able to? Or will they be blocked from rejoining because the meeting is locked? The option to allow removed participants to rejoin is turned on.

Hi @JBCape

If the meeting is blocked, it will not allow any user to be joined that is outside the meeting, you will have to unlock the meeting during the time you consider until the user joins again.

The option you comment on again participating, is in case they are eliminated from the meeting.

I was just in a Zoom meeting today where we had already removed a Zoom bomber three times within 5 minutes.  We locked the room and yet he was able to rejoin.  We then closed down the meeting.   How is this possible?
