Can not see other person's video/ camera

Hello every one

My device still uses zoom normally, but recently my zoom has the problem: Lost the other person's video, I can't see them.
I have uninstalled zoom and reinstalled it twice, downloaded the new zoom and still have the same problem.

 

Can you help me?

maybe the there is an issue with the other person's video.

 

can the other person see your video?

 

you may consider asking the other person to check their video.

Thank you for your reply to my question.

other people can see me, but I can’t see them.

 

I have an English class that uses zoom to talk with other students.
But all of them, I can’t see, although they can see me.

I checked my zoom’s setting, I also uninstalled and reinstalled new zoom. The problem has been resolved.

How can I fix it?

hi zery,

 

zoom has a feature to stop incoming video.  maybe this is accidentally enabled.

hi zery,

 

you might try completely removing your zoom client or app and then reinstalling.  for windows client, you will need to run cleanzoom.

if this does not work, please supply some details on what device (pc, mac, iphone, android phone) and operating system you are using. 

 

did anything change about the same time this issue started such as a new computer, an upgrade to the computer's operating system, a new or updated zoom client, a change in your firewall, a change in your internet service provider, etc.?

 

possibly could be some meeting setting or network issue.

I will uninstall and reinstall it again.

my pc is Lenovo, and uses win 10.

Well, before this issue started, my zoom still works well.

but I can’t cut the screen by the way press shift+window +S, so my dad checked it for me. Although this problem has not been resolved yet, but my zoom started having this issue.
