Can not have access to the zoom recording of my class

Hi, 

I'm currently unable to access the page for my Zoom class, which I need in order to study the recorded exercises. I have an exam tomorrow, so this is quite urgent. 

Could you please help me resolve this as soon as possible ?

I have already try one of your solution : For Mac open a terminal window and type "sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder.
