Have tried reloading zoom - still same response

could be an issue with your network settings. you can check if DHCP is selected for your network device. if you have a static IP address on your network device make sure you can get to other webpages. if you cannot id say the IP is incorrect or DNS settings . 

are you able to open the Zoom app for the Mac and start a meeting?
