Hello
I announced Meeting on May 11th
I was surprised that I did a meting number on a pair
I published a link for them
Is there a possibility that at the specified time I will open one link and those who enter from the other link will join on the main meeting?
Thank you

Hi @Hossam1

You cannot directly merge two Zoom meetings into one.

Each meeting link leads to a unique virtual meeting space – you have to cancel any one and include the members to the active meeting and that will solve the issue.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Huma

Thanks very much. Are you able to influence Zoom to consider this?

SCENARIO 1:

With one link, I want people to join without going through the waiting room (people we trust)

With another link, I want people to wait in the waiting room to be admitted (open to the general public)

SCENARIO 2:

We sent out 5000 newsletters with the wrong link in them (the previous month's link - user error) but the current month's link is on the website.

Being able to forward a link onto another meeting would be an option in the second case - especially as the correct link was hosted by a different user than the error link (same organisation, paid accounts)

Hope you can influence this
