Can a basic account be in a Plan Pro?

I have a Plan Pro.  But according to Zoom , my account is Basic and all my meetings stop after 40 minutes. I don't understand what is happening.

Hi,

If your account is still basic then it is correct that your meeting will stop after 40 minutes, you can purchase the Pro plan for better capability.
