Can I see a list of users and what software version they have?

Hoping to find a list of users with their OS and software version, so I can keep them all up to date. I know I can set a force option, but I do no want that.

Any ideas?

As an admin of a Zoom account you should have access to this information via the dashboard. Hope that helps!

This does not work for Pro plans, only Business and higher.

Dashboard gives you easy to read view. But it's true, that it is not available in Pro plan.
In that case, you can try using reports:

Reports >> User activity reports >> Sign In/Sign Out

With that you can check which user is using what OS and which client version
