Hello, all I am Personal Staff officer to CEO of a company. Our CEO usually conducts meetings on zoom, several staff members and the managers of different regions raised various questions about the agenda. As a meeting host, I use to keep a record of Q/A. My question is how I can save the questions asked by the meeting members. I there any way to save the questions??? Zoon saves the chat but I don't find a way to track the QA. Please guide if I can track the raised questions.

If you are using Q&A in webinar, those are all stored and available in the webinar report. This article can show you how to access that: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201363213-Getting-started-with-Zoom-reporting

Hi ccl1
Please can you share your findings here too, I am also trying to figure out where are the Q&A conversations stored on zoom.
Thanks in advance!

Okay found it myself 😁
Here are the steps:
- Login to Zoom portal
- Navigate to reports from the left menu.
- On the "Meeting report" tab set the date range and from the dropdown choose "Q&A Report"
- Click - "Search"
- Choose the relevant result
- Click - "Generate"
The generated report will be visible under "Report Queue", from there you can download it.
That's how you can find the data for the following too - Registration, Poll and Survey.
Hope you find it helpful 😊
