Can I prevent the participants to see the name or surname of the other participants during a call?

Hello, 

If I am scheduling a meeting to let 2 different persons speak with each other, can I hide the name or at least the surname of the attendants, so that they cannot see the full name of the other participants in the call?

If yes, can I do it before the call start so that I can avoid participating in the call?

Least but not the last, can I record the call automatically without myself joining? or do I have to be present to start the recording? of course the participants will need to agree first that the call can be recorded.
