I have a Pro Account:
I run a staffing agency, and I use zoom to for my clients to interviews my candidates. However, if I book two different meetings at the same time, it won't allow it. Now, I am not in these meetings but am the host for both. Any solutions to be able to do this?

It is not clear why you want to host 2 meetings at the same time. Simultaneous meetings require a license for each meeting. If you are doing a lot of simultaneous meetings where 2 different people are hosting at the same time then an extra license would be in order. If you are simply hosting a meeting where you ask 2 candidates to show up at the same time, but you are speaking to only one at a time then you could hold the waiting candidate in the meeting waiting room. If you are going back and forth between 2 candidates but you want each conversation to be private to the other candidate you could place each candidate in a separate breakout room. Further insight into the why you are hosting both meetings might provide a different answer.

“Hosting” is the term bc I am the admin. I am not in the meetings. As I said, I allow my clients to meet my candidates to interview them. So client A I make a zoom meeting for at thurs 4pm to interview candidate A. Simultaneously, client B wants to interview candidate B Thurs 4pm, as it is the only free hour this week to do so. I am making the meetings for them. I am not in the meetings.
