Can I adjust the color on my video that makes my face too red?

When I am on Zoom my face appears unnaturally bright red. Very distracting. Is there a way to adjust the hue or tone for the camera? 24" iMac 2021 M1 running Sonoma 14.6.1.

None of the recommendations in the Zoom article linked helped me. I fixed it by adjusting the saturation for the front camera on my laptop. Instructions for Windows 11 (won't apply for Mac users, but I'm sure you can look for similar system settings to adjust):

Go to settings
Within settings search for "camera" (or go to Bluetooth & Devices > Cameras)
Select Manage Camera
Select the camera you use for Zoom (e.g. front camera on your laptop)
Under "Basic Settings" adjust the sliders as needed. For me, reducing Saturation from the midpoint of the slider to around 33% got a natural color.
