Our organization has a Pro account with 5 Users. If User A has scheduled a meeting on Monday, Nov. 15, at 6 PM, can User B also schedule a meeting on the same day at the same time (Nov. 15, 6 PM? (User B would be scheduling a different meeting with different guests than User A's meeting).
Thanks--

Hi RajanB, I upgraded my Zoom Workplace Pro account from 1 user to 2 users, after researching that both users could start meetings at the same time. I paid the balance to ensure this would work for my business. However, this was not the case. Only 1 user could start a meeting which caused an unfortunate amount of confusion within my business. I want to downgrade my account to go back to only 1 user without having to cancel my account, and run the risk of losing all my previous meetings and their details. I also want to request a refund for the upgrade from 1 user to 2 users, as it didn't work. Please can you advise.
