Camera turning off with one specific institution

Using Zoom workplace. Have no problems with meetings with my 2 sons who are also using zoom workplace.

When the Mayo clinic tries to connect with me, I get an indication that my camera is not working. The video icon is red as though the camera is off and I can't turn it on. Get a little popup saying my camera is not working.

They can't see me, I can see them, and we can both hear each other.

All of the tests, even on the Mayo site result in perfect performance-audio, visual, etc.,

They do these video sessions with plenty of patients with no problems, so I'm guessing its a setting problem.

I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom changed usb ports. Camera is fine except for this.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Insufficient data. Can you toggle the video button? Can you go to video settings and see the camera preview? Are you using the app or in a browser?  Most likely the host may have video locked off.

If this works please click accept as a solution.

Sorry for the delay. I've been away.

I hit the video button but it stays red and off. Every time I hit it, a banner comes up saying my camera isn't working (to repeat only happens with this partner).

Not using the app in a browser.

Do not believe the host has video locked off, because they make hundreds of these calls to patients a week.

Also why would it say my camera isn't working for his host only.?

Thanks.
