Hello everyone.

I did all what I can, including reset but camera (built in) does not work on Asus VivoBook with Windows 11.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Did you try uninstalling your camera driver, reboot and reinstall your camera driver? Does your camera work when you click on the Camera app for your pc?

I did all. Reset, errase the driver reinstall. Camera doesn not work. This is related to Windows 11 operating system because zoom video on my android phone works without any problems

This is what works for my Windows 11 despite that it is not Windows 10 and not a Lenovo..

"

  1. Open the Windows start menu.
  2. Search for "lenovo" and click Lenovo Vantage. If you don't have Lenovo Vantage, install it from the Microsoft Store.
  3. Click Hardware Settings then click Audio/Visual.
  4. Scroll down and switch the Camera Privacy Mode toggle to Off.

Note: If the Camera Privacy Mode keeps changing to On, check if your Lenovo laptop has a physical switch to enable or disable your camera. Make sure it is switched on.

Should you continue to experience issues on your Lenovo device, see further troubleshooting.
