Calls duration is limited to 40 minutes in my paid Zoom version

Hi!
We have a company Zoom Workplace Pro subscription. When we host calls from Ukraine, time is not limited. But when our curator hosts the call from Ireland, it ends in 40 minutes. The same happened when I was in Germany.
Can I fix it?
