Call In Phone Number

Does anyone know how to schedule a meeting where a call in number is provided. I have some people on my team that just want to call into the meeting and now go through. I have seen this with other meetings I have attended in the past but I can't figure out how to do it. Thoughts? Thanks!!

The call-in information is contained in the FULL invitation for the meeting. It contains phone numbers and meeting id and passcode for manual entry from land line or simple cellphones and contains a one click link that can be used on a smart phone.
