We are having an issue where an employee is creating a meeting within Zoom, and when it syncs to their Outlook calendar, their meeting numbers are corresponding with a separate meeting altogether. For example:
In the Zoom client we would have 2 meeting:
When it syncs with the Outlook calendar the same meetings become one:
It appears that all the calendar syncs are setup correctly but for this one user they are misplacing the information. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

This comes down to the integration between Zoom and Outlook. Zoom provides a robust API but its up to third party calendars to integrate correctly and recurring meetings have persistently been a source of frustration with Outlook. You could either edit the occurrence yourself to reflect the correct meeting number of use a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you schedule recurring Zoom meetings that integrate with Outlook properly.
