CRC License Cisco Connect

Please understand that I used a translator so the grammar may not be correct.

We are currently using Cisco's SX20 equipment.

I was instructed to purchase a CRC license to connect Cisco equipment and ZOOM, so I purchased the license.

SX20 equipment was added under My Account -> Meeting Room Management -> H.323/SIP Meeting Room Connector -> Add H.323/SIP Device.

After that, I don't know how to join the SX20 conference room via ZOOM.

Please help.

I would suggest that you look into Zoom's Support Article for using the attendee's CRC license
