Please help! Been trying to fix this all day

Upgraded our CP960 to CP965, cant get the microphone to work. It only recognizes the microphone that is in the computer.

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks!

Yealink support said that these models (CP965) had a flaw where randomly the audio would just stop working. No sound. No microphone. You might want to talk with Yealink support.

Might want to try reading through this other community thread below for some suggestions.  All in all, support for the CP965 from Yealink is flakey.  On my CP965 I could not change the volume of the microphone so that I could test it.  I ended up running the controller from the Zoom room management feature on the Zoom admin portal and I was able to change the volume and run a test of the mic and hear myself on playback.  For now, it has been working for a couple of weeks, but when the conference room is quiet, you can hear what sounds like alien chatter coming from the CP965 speakers. Strangest thing, but I am not going to mess with it.
