This is normal if this is the first time you're sharing audio or perhaps after a software update. Enter your password in the dialog box you showed and the installation should complete very quickly. You will then be able to share your audio.

Hi, I've got the same issue. I enter my password and it "jiggles" and nothing happens. Like it rejects the password, and I know that it's correct because I had just entered it to sign into Zoom. I did an update on my Mac and uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom.
