I'm logged in in gallery. I see my video but the 4 other participants boxes are either white or black

Hi @JESLV there's a possibility that the host of the meeting has enabled Focus mode which will hide participant's videos from each other. If you are the host, it's possible that the participants videos are off and you have the "hide profile pictures" setting enabled (see screenshot below).
