Button to give remote control has disappeared

Hi all,

I have always been able to give remote control to another person but now the button has disappeared. I have checked my settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but its simply not there? I can see this has been a problem for a lot of people but has anyone solved it? 

Thanks in advance of any help - needed desperately in a few hours!

Did you get an answer for this? I know Zoom likes to move things/options/buttons around to make the User Interface more friendly and usable. Look at the article below:

Also, that feature can be disabled by the Administrator so make sure the administrator has disabled that functionality; the article covers as well how to check that, and enable it assuming you have Admin rights.
