We are looking to host a meeting where a large number of breakout rooms are created, and each are pre-allocated a table captain/moderator. We then want the system to randomly assign an equal number of the remaining attendees to each room. Wondering whether it's possible to mix assignment methods like this?
If it helps, we can utilise user accounts for the captains and get them to log-in to Zoom via SSO.
Any guidance on best practice to achieve what we're after?
Many thanks in advance!

I have a similar question - i don’t see a reply - did you get one?
« Once breakout rooms are set and facilitators assigned, can I then randomly assign participants without messing up the pre-assigned facilitators? »
