We have a problem whereby a co-host would accidentally close all breakout rooms, even though other rooms are not done with their activities. Is there any way to stop alleviate this problem?

  • Don't use that co-host in your meetings.
  • Increase the knowledge of the co-host through training.
  • Increased meeting (run-of-show) preparation.

Unfortunately, technology cannot cure this behavior.
