Breakout Rooms from Poll Results

On December 1st, I noted a new feature that was part of polling.

It was the ability to create breakout rooms based on poll results. I cannot find this feature anywhere now, nor have I been able to find it mentioned anywhere in the support materials or even in a google search. I've attached a screenshot as I was really excited to be able to use this.

Has anyone been able to find this feature and use it? If so, where in the world is it now located?

I have just tried it twice, the first time with six participants, the second time with fourteen participants.

The first time worked great, the second time was a disaster. Six of the fourteen people were not assigned breakout rooms despite responding to the poll. No idea why. We required everyone to update Zoom before joining the meeting.

This was a great disappointment and embarrassing in the moment. Zoom needs this feature.
