Breakout Rooms and Licenses

For breakout rooms and how it works per license. If we have 3 zoom licenses, how many breakout rooms can we get?

Each meeting has a capacity of 100 breakout rooms. The number of breakout rooms in a meeting doesn't depend on the number of licenses on the account.
