I bought a brand new Bose qc earbuds II and every time at some point of the call, the other side will stop hearing me. It can also come suddenly back to life.
Can tell if it’s a connectivity problem, or anything else. Did you hear about something like this? What can I do?

Can you test with a pair of wired headphones/earbuds and see if the same issue occurs?
This won't necessarily indicate a wireless connectivity issue (could still be driver-related), but is a good place to start ruling things out.
