Blurry recordings

Hi,

Does anyone have an answer to the blurry/grainy recordings? It seemed to change about 6 months ago. I'm still filming in HD, no difference in my lighting or equipment and meeting itself looks fine. Recordings are now blurry and look even worse uploaded to youtube. Like a 70s home video. Not found a fix online. If anyone can advise on how to correct this, or suggest another platform that has better quality - I'd be grateful.

I am also having issues with my video being blurry when I launch a meeting.  Other participants are fine.  This started happening a couple of months ago.  Any ideas why??

    are you doing a local recording or a cloud recording of the zoom meeting?

    I am not recording just having a zoom meeting.

    Hi Dan, I am having the same problem as the original poster. I have been recording locally on my computer (always have.) Do you recommend recording to Zoom cloud and then downloading? Is there a difference? The chat support bot is useless and I cannot even find a way to start an email ticket anymore. Thank you for any suggestions or input you have.
