Blurred background is my only option and I don't want that.

I'm on a windows system, and I cannot get the blurred background to turn off, even when I select "none" as my background option.

I am on a MacOS.  I cannot turn off the 'blur' option on my camera

Me too! Did you ever get resolution?

 I did! One of the amazing Zoom customer support team members stayed with me through the whole thing to resolution, and she ended up figuring out it was a setting in my new computer which was automatically creating the blur. Nothing at all with Zoom, but she was amazing in helping me! Might be what's going on with you too?
