Blurred Background option not available

I am using Zoom on MacOS 12.4; Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5350U CPU @ 1.80GHz

This seems to fit under the specifications required to enable blurred background on Zoom. 

I have toggled this option, signed out and back in to see this option not turning on for me. Am I missing something?
