Windows 10. AirPods worked perfectly until a few days ago. Everything else works on my PC, except for zoom.
Tried unpairing, removing driver, reinstalling zoom, rebooting PC, updating Windows...
Other people have same issue but there has been no comments from Zoom.

Make sure your audio devices are properly connected and are not muted. Disable Bluetooth. If your computer is connected to an external audio device via Bluetooth, resetting the connection might help. If the respective device is in another room, you won't hear it.

Exactly, how to have Zoom replying to solve this problem. I dont find how to contact them. And I am paying every month a fee, so Zoom has an obligation to have a way to contact them in case of issue !!!
