Blocked country in meeting settings seems to apply to meeting host as well as participants

Hello. I have turned off UK access to my meetings, because we only allow students to attend classes online if they are not in the UK -- visa regulations.

But I am in the UK and this seems to stop me from starting a meeting! This seems like a bug, since no meeting host would want to restrict their own access to their own meeting! Help?
