We had several bombers at a meeting the other night and someone accidentally removed and reported the wrong person. Now she is unable to access zoom on her business platform. She does not want to inform her boss as she is in a confidential program. She got a new email address to rejoin her program meetings but is still blocked from her work meetings. Zoom said they cant help because she has a free account. she received error code 1132. Suggestions for her?

In this case, please have her fill out the trust & Safety form at https://zoom.us/appeals.
I would also highly suggest that they follow the steps outlined by @Dan_ZoomSE in the post User reported .
