Blocked Participants from China

I have tried to have a zoom meeting with a Chinese participant.  They weren't able to join the meeting.  I tried to have another one, this time with a new zoom account.  I got the same result.  Is there a problem with Chinese participants gaining access to Zoom?

    I would suggest making sure that the China datacenters are enabled for your meetings. This could cause users in China to not be able to connect to your sessions.
