Blacked out camera and sound

When I launch a meeting on my ASUS laptop and send an invite link, the joining guest can not hear and see me although the mic and camera indicators are on, and I can hear and see myself, but not them. This has repeated on multiple occasions with the laptop, but when I switch to phone, everything is fine. I have been using zoom on this very laptop for 4 years. The connection is from the same wifi spot as my phone.  I have rebooted my laptop. I have updated Windows and zoom recently.

Hi. It's been three weeks, and the problem persists, I had to make numerous refunds to clients due to failure to hold the scheduled meeting. The link to the ticket provided above did not work. I have tried everything on the troubleshooting list -still unpredictable. I can have a number of unsuccessful attempts with blackouts in the afternoon, and then two sessions with absolutely normal quality in the evening. It only works from my phone decently, but that is not acceptable for my line of work. My connection speed is at 30 Mbs.  It seems that the channel is overloaded although I have been working for 2 years without any issues with the same provider and location.
