Bilingual Registration Form

I am wondering if it is possible to create a bilingual meeting registration form, i.e, having English and Spanish in the same invitation such Name/Nombre?

I am also looking for an answer to this question. Is it possible to edit the required Zoom questions (i.e., first name, last name, email) so they are bilingual? I work in the communications unit for a state agency, and we need to update our Zoom registration forms so they are bilingual.
