Bild friert immer alle paar Minuten ein - Ton läuft weiter

Hallo zusammen, kennt einer von euch das? Ich habe das schon seit ewigen Zeiten, bisher war es aber immer nur, wenn es darum geht. 2 Teilnehmer in einem Zoom waren, jetzt friert das Bild auch ein, wenn ich nur etwas Aufnehme. Also Zoom läuft, MacBookPro - aktuellste Zoom Version - ich halte es immer auf dem laufenden, und das Bild friert einfach immer mitten drin kurz ein, der Ton läuft ganz normal weiter. Da ich die Aufnahmen aber auch brauche, und das jetzt scheinbar verstärkt auftritt, die Frage, kennt einer vo euch das Problem? Und hat vor allem eine Lösung?
