Howdy y'all! I am a personal trainer / health coach and looking to get a higher quality video out of my zoom recordings. I have a pretty good camera, lighting and sound - but the videos are still grainy and hard to see details!
Thoughts!?

Hello @CoachMegS,
My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! This question has been brought up many times on this page. Please see reference https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Where-to-enable-HD-720p-or-1080-video-recording-mode/m-p/3427...
HD is a viable option for all Zoom accounts and accounts that qualify can access 1080p resolution.
I hope that this helps.

Here are some other settings to confirm that you're getting the best recording:
Enable HD on your video (Zoom app preferences > video > HD
Enable Group HD on the Zoom website Settings (best to use the search function on the top)
If you have a paid account, ask Zoom support to enable higher quality for you (needs to be done manually by a zoom tech)
Share your screen at least once, then even your speaker view video file will be higher resolution.
Have a good internet connection with high upload speeds connected by Ethernet (not wifi).
I hope that helps
