Basic user limit

I'm getting this error for 100 users, but have no idea what my limit is.

 

Some users will be unassigned Zoom Meetings Basic soon because you have exceeded the limit of Zoom Meetings Basic users. You can contact sales to learn about your options.
Number of Zoom Meetings Basic users exceeded: 101

We have had a support ticket open for 15 days without any updates.

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

The limit for basic users is 100 participants per meeting. If you wish to add more, you can upgrade to the pro plan with the large meeting add-on.
