so recently i had gotten an account banned from zoom(i reported them) but have been wondering if i can unban them since they have been having a hard time without there account

When you report someone in Zoom, it is usually for inappropriate behavior. The report goes to the Zoom Trust and Safety team, and they review the report. Just because someone is reported doesn't mean they are banned. That is up to Zoom Trust and Safety Team. They are looking for possible violations of Zoom's Community Standards. At this point, I do not believe there is anything you can do. From my research, the Zoom Trust and Safety Team should have reached out to you.
