Background prompt won't go away on an iPhone 13

When presenter of a Zoom meeting with more than two attendees on an iPhone 13, the presenter is prompted to select a background (or no background).  Regardless of what is selected in response to the prompt, the prompt screen will not go away.  The prompt screen takes up 1/3 of the presenter's screen, limiting their ability to see themselves or others in the meeting.  How do you get rid of that prompt???
