Background package download failed

I'm working on a iMac running BigSur 11.7.10. I used to be able to use a background or blur the background, but now I am asked to download the background package. I've tried numerous times and the download always fails. The discussion asks me to list the Zoom version. I'm responding to a meeting invitation so I am using Zoom via the internet. So, if there is a version I don't know how to identify that. The only steps I've taken are to try again next time and that obviously has not been a good tactic.
