Background doesn’t work anymore

Ipad version doesn’t load background images anymore. Has to always be loaded manually when starting a meeting which defeats the purpose of having background images. This is typical Zoom practice of patching and upgrading software then they keep breaking things.

 

No useful way of letting Zoom know they broke it. Chatbot is so stupid it is worthless to use but it does show Zoom is going after money like all greedy corporations eventually do by not providing customer service.

 

Can anyone let Zoom know they broke the app? Can’t get any help at all from Zoom.
