I have frustrated myself trying to get a virtual background.   I watched the video, go the settings set for Virtual Background, but can't find his DeskTop setting for a green screen, etc.....

When I try to livestream my webinar, my custom name tags come up, but the custom wallpaper disappears. Is there a way for the wallpaper in Zoom webinar to translate onto the YouTube livestream of the event?

I am having the same problem. I did a livestream today and failed (again) to get the wallpaper onto the stream. I think Zoom strips it for stream quality/speed purposes (sadly). I will now start experimenting either with streaming it to/through restream.io, or just doing the whole thing through restream instead if I want to prioritize the wallpaper/visuals.
