Does anyone know why all I can not get the 'BLUR BACKGROUND' or any virtual background to work without having to tell it I have a green scren?

I have an AMD FX 6300 processor... 32 gig of ram, and a MSI 1660Super gpu

MAKE ZERO SENSE!

IS THERE SOME SORT OF FIX, OR WORK AROUND?

Thank You

I have a new Dell laptop, with the new Intel Core 7 150U processor and 32GB of RAM. No option to blur, and virtual background not working either. Very frustrating.

hi @Mikozuna  and @RMCampos

Creating backgrounds without a green screen takes a lot of processing and zoom will disblae this if it thinks you will not have the processing power to product the background.
I hope that helps

  • Supported processors

According to my Google search the AMD FX-6300 processor is a six-core processor.  This does not meet the 8 core requirement listed above.
