Avatar option disappeared

The option to turn off my avatar has disappeared from my account. Previously, at the start of any meeting I had the option to click the up arrow next to Video and turn off the avatar. The option has disappeared. The instructions to "enable" (and hopefully disable) avatars under Settings/Meetings/InMeeting(Advanced) don't work because it is showing InMeeting(Basic) and there are no options. I just want to turn off the avatar. Right now, in all meetings, the avatar is permanently on when my video is on. How can I fix this?
