Automatic subscriptions

Hi all,

Quick question, which I bet EVERYONE knows the answer to except me!

Will my annual Zoom subscription automatically renew itself? 

Or, will I be asked before hand.

I have a 30% off coupon from Zoom, but I cannot find any way of applying it to my account right now. It´s worth around 40 euros, so I want to make sure I can use it!

Any ideas?

I think it's automatic, but my doubt is the discount... Tomorrow I will discover, I hope so. I'll tell you.

Yes I'm in exactly the same boat and mine expires tomorrow too. I've tried using it and just can't work it out. It's more than frustrating. Am glad to know I'm not the only one!
