Automatic recording

I went to my recording settings and turned off the automatic recording when meeting using my personal meeting room. It is still auto recording. How do I turn this off?

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, click Settings.
Click the Recording tab.
Click the Automatic recording toggle to enable or disable it.
If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

I have turned the toggle to off and reset the settings and several other things and STILL my meetings auto record every time. I DO NOT want them to be auto recorded. Any thoughts of what might be going wrong? It's like the settings on the web do not go the application on my computer or something.
